Gao Zhong Vegetarian Gāo Zhōng Sù Shí Yuán

We had lunch at Gao Zhong Vegetarian Restaurant 中园щ, a traditional vegetarian restaurant in Kluang that specializes in allium-free dishes. We chatted with the staff and tried the recommended dishes, including the signature Subscript Tofu and Sweet Acid Meat. I highly recommend the Subscript Tofu! Each piece of tofu had a slightly crunchy outer layer with a silky smooth texture inside, all covered in a delicious brown sauce. The tofu used in this dish was delicate and soft, a nice change from the usual tofu.

Parking at this restaurant is convenient. Just be mindful of your eating habits and don't gripe. The prices are affordable and they offer a selection of frozen vegetarian options.
