The food was of exceptional quality, the service was both friendly and prompt, and the exquisite selection of wines complemented the rustic ambiance perfectly. Everything came together in such a harmonious way. I wholeheartedly recommend giving this place a try if you're ever in Klosters or the vicinity it's a must visit!

I would consider myself one of the pickiest eaters to have walked this globe and there was not a thing I tasted (which was an extensive amount) that I did not find utterly blissful. I ate there every single night for 6 days bar one, when alas they were closed. I have had my fare share of Austrian and Swiss cuisine but this is incomparable to anything I may have thought I liked before! Not only is the food spectacular but the service quite extraordinary, and all the people so extremely kind and jolly and welcoming! Despite there being relatively new owners not ever would you suspect as the locals come piling in to have a long chat with their new favourite english man, none other than the Simon Everett, with a friendly face and his charm you would eat their most delicate veal even if you were vegan, and once you would have tried it, there is certainly no going back to previous ways. I would be riddled with excitement every night before I went to see what new horizons my taste buds were about to discover and would recommend it endlessly and endlessly to all. Be you a carnivore or vegetarian you are more than well catered for and your thirst will most definitely be quenched as not only is their food to die for but their drink collection is also no disappointment - to say the least - to a well seasoned traveller, with home brewed honey schnapps being a personal favourite. By far the best place I've eaten at in Klosters and I would even go as far to say in the Alps! I recommend it till I have no breath left by which I would then recommend by writing it down. No superlative can quite describe the food - a topic of which much passion of mine resides or any of it at that matter. JUST FANTASTIC!!
