Eissalon Ruckenbauer - Klosterneuburg

Schon während meiner Studienzeit konnte man hier gutes Eis genießen und so auch noch nach vielen Jahren.

Es gibt tolle Coups, die man im kleinen Innenbereich oder im netten, schattigen Gastgarten genießen kann, oder man nimmt nur einen Becher oder eine Türe mit.Egal, das Eis wird von Jahr zu Jahr besser und hat oberstes Niveau erreicht.Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich.

The weather was very fast warm and needed something to let me go under the stressful weather conditions... Truth: I eat ice without too much excitement. Ice salon Ruceknbauer was near the hotel where we were, and we went there instead of...dessert in a restaurant. The menu was in German, but with my phone app I could work out many things. Essentially, several pots, cream and fruit pieces are ~5 Euro. I had not realized that the ice was 'homemade' until after that, when I started preparing this review. Surely we enjoyed our desserts. They are also open until 11 a.m. in the night and also offer hot drinks.

We enjoyed ice from here in the last 17 years when we lived in Vienna and then when we returned to travel. We had a few visits here recently and I felt that the ice did not meet the previous standards, less... taste and more watery. I tend to go for the same flavors, so it was a direct comparison. I hope they don't skip to quality
