But when we arrived at the clock, we were assigned a table at a space passage. my courteous please for another table was rejected by the little friendly service, since all the tables are reserved - the guests would come after the football match. in which, when an unannounced couple came to watch, this could choose the one they are wisely. more guests did not come! we ordered as a thirsty lübzer af who came after relatiw short time min-. as an appetizer we ordered:a poularden crème fraiche soup with souffed bearded cams, roasted mandels and an aroma of lemon -calvados.Carpaccio from the ochsenlende in the crimp coat on truffle mascara cream and warm tatar of crinkled sauces etc. after about min, the appetizers came. my wife tasted the suppe very well, she was made of the raffinate compilation of the spicy.The carpaccio went next. the few meat slices were gray, not freshly cut, the other ingredients were unfit, the spit with the tomatoes was not freshly prepared. as crowning was a freshly cut swirl ring on top. as a main dish I had a dorade royal with fresh crumbles and aromen in often crispy baked etc. ordered.My wife was looking forward to tasty ochsenbäckchen in Balsamico-Chiantisauce etc. shortly after the clock the courts came. the empty glasses or bottles were still on our table. the dorade was sometimes black in the skin! rosmarin lay in the dorade . after removing the fresh herbs, I noticed at the first bit that the fish was so sharply seasoned that it was unfit. I had to spit out the bite. the next morning, I was still burning my back. I called the service and explained that the fish is unfit. only unwillingly, she agreed to bring the food to the chef. my wife tasted the ochsenbäckchen excellent, tastefully resembled the French boeuf bourguignon. but after the desaster with my dorade, her appetit had also passed. after a whole past came an operation that we did not yet know and which was probably in the training. she told us very shy but kindly that I could choose something else from the menu. otherwise the chef is of the view that the court is dorade royal o.k. because the chef of the view was that the food for me was unfit for me was, there was a risk that the next court could be as inedible. And if the weather is not so bad, because the wellness area offers enough variety for all who enjoy sauna, steam bath and swimming. You look from the swimming pool right at the Müritz. There are many parking spaces in front of the houses. The rooms in the Orangery are beautiful and functional. In the spacious bathroom you will find hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, free shower and hair dryer as well as page, cosmetic towels and bathrobes and towels available for the duration of your stay. The whole house seems well maintained and the wellness area leaves hardly any desires open. But! The wellness area could be a little better occupied on weekends because many guests spend a weekend here... It is usually hard to get a massage or cosmetic appointment if you do not book it in advance. The reception is very nice in old wood and always occupied with very friendly staff. Restaurants: Castle prices especially in the garden of Eden .. But the food is always good and who is too expensive, he goes to the cozy knight cellar or drives into goods and goes to eat there. The breakfast buffet is really great! There are at least 20 teas, different breads and rolls, cereals, yoghurt with and without fruits, large selection of different sausages jams and honeys, salads and... actually you don't know what to eat first. Leisure: Right next door is a tennis and badminton hall as well as a bowling facility, bicycle rental is just a few steps away. Everything at moderate prices. In the basement of the Orangery, where the wellness area is also located, there is a gym. Those who like to walk or jogging are here in the perfect environment. By car it is only approx. 15 minutes until you are in goods where you can flick and buy, but also restaurants are good and varied. Other beautiful castles can also be seen in the surroundings, and many other beautiful excursions....
