It arrived with packing indicating special order extra sauce.... read more If I could give Zero stars I would! I ordered a pulled chicken pita with Extra sauce for delivery. It arrived with packing indicating special order extra sauce. To my dismay, there was Absolutely NO sauce on it. It was tasteless, bland and nauseating. I had to add my own seasoning to stomach it. A waste of money and calories!!!! I called the store and spoke to the manager. He then gave me his number and told me to send him a picture of my food. He then proceeded to ignore my message and never bothered to look at the picture he requested. To add to the disappointment, the chips tasted really old, like they are using poor quality potatoes. I Will Never purchase from here again!!! I would not recommend this Nando's outlet to anyone.

I ordered half... read more On June 10, 2022, at 1:24 PM, I placed an order at Nando's Klerksdorp, and it was a major disappointment! The meat was undercooked and inedible. I ordered half hot and half extra hot, but the flavor was non-existent – it seemed as if the chicken had merely been boiled and given a few grill marks. I distinctly remember my order, which included a hot pot extra hot, chicken strips kids meal, a pineapple mojito, a quarter chicken, a full chicken with half hot and extra hot seasoning, along with two sides of green salad and rolls. To make matters worse, the rolls were missing. It was an hour's drive away, and my family was let down. I will never make that mistake again.
