The food was quite good, earning a solid 4 out of 5. However, the service was lacking, and I would rate it just 1 out of 5, which significantly impacted my dining experience. However, they had no problem replacing the cheese griller wit... read more I requested to swap the chips for hash browns, but I was told it wasn't possible with the special. However, they had no problem replacing the cheese griller with boerewors. To make matters worse, the butter knives were dirty and had dried sauce on them. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she said she would address it with the kitchen staff. When she returned, she claimed she had wiped the knives clean with a wet cloth and polished them. It was honestly quite disgusting!
