However, when I tried to fill up my petrol, the staff rudely told me I was going the wrong way, saying I shouldn’t enter from the side entrance and refused to let me refuel. There was no sign indicating that entry was prohibited from there! When I asked, the staff said it was just common sense and no sign was needed—how is that fair? What’s worse, I wasn’t the only one confused and frustrated; another customer behind me felt the same. If you don’t like your job, just don’t do it. Terrible service. By the way, the menu options inside the restaurant seemed decent, but this experience really overshadowed everything.

It’s fine if they’re no longer connected to Coles, but there was no need to overreact like that. Really disappointing behavior.
