A special thanks to Memory for the fantastic service, and to Caroline, the chef who cooked the meat exactly as my husband requested. He prefers his meat rare, which can be difficult for restaurants to get right, but both the patty and the sausage were cooked perfectly. This shows that Caroline truly listens and takes the initiative—she only mentioned the patty, yet she got both right. Great job, Caroline! If you keep this up, you'll surely go far. And to Memory, thank you for making us feel so at home and for sharing those engaging stories. You are a true asset to Meating!
