Absolutely not as described in some reviews. When I called, the owner did not sound very polite. On arrival, I had to wait several minutes before he came to the front. Establishment is also not in a quiet neighborhood as described. then had to pay and was taken to the back somewhere by a lady who showed us our room. The carpets were filthy.
