Pizza Hut Klang 2

I liked the friendly staff. All SOPs were observed. The food was great. As expected.︎

Nice place to have some delicious pizzas fresh from the oven

Very bad service lousy table, only pizza was good the soup to salty, and sweet potato friries is too oily

The location quite strategic for customer because a lot of parking area. But, i am so dissappointed with the services that they provide. So slow. Waiting more than half an hour to get the order. At least staff can serve us the drinks first. Staffs not so efficient and not alert with the order. Their SM or ASM should help the staff to attend customer and serve the customer. They are not friendly. Company should take serious action if they don't have enough staff. They provide the restroom but not clean. Smelly. Please take an action for this matter.

The Pizza Hut Restaurant is nice, beautiful and big. The service is really poor or can say slow. The Pizza they serve is not hot and the taste not good and delicious as specially the Veggie Lover. I ask for different pizza (stuff crust) they serve different pizza (pan pizza). There was no garlic bread available (no stock). But I appreciate the trainee served us as her attitude and the way she talk was awesome. My worst Pizza Hut Dine-in experience ever.
