Kfc (lotuss Bukit Tinggi) - Klang

Good place for lunch for a while, quiet and not so crowded.

I have no complaints with the KFC. The service is good, the checkouts are quite friendly and patient. The food is a KFC. The chicken pieces are somehow smaller, but they are filled with flavors.

Free flight zone. Wonder how this restaurant received the Halal Cert. No warning sign for offline payment. Only cash. No reception, from paper. Visited on 12. May 2022

Only one counter works. As a third customer waited for quite sometime called chicken thighs and got small pieces like in the picture. Wonder what the size of gov chicken subsidy withdraws. Btw...I wonder why the cashiers keep the choice of chicken thighs from the tray and place the larger size back and offer the customer the smallest. This is often seen in most kfc counters. Sold this kfc policy the smallest first or they choose to offer customers on size.. Seems like the spicy chicken is just like normal house cooking chicken..not spicy as last time.taste also a little clear for spicy. Did the recipe change? if it doesn't have to happen something abnormal as I regularly ask about kfc..just... but a positive is their drinks not as diluted as mcd. Total quantity and quality over the price..I Rate 3/10.

Worst customer service, slowest staffs ever in this outlet. Takes them 35 minutes to make 3 twister rolls when there is not even one customer inside. Opens at 10am but nothing is ready. What is the management doing? Go learn from McD staffs how to work!
