It was so good that I often find myself comparing other restaurants to my childhood favorites, and I'm usually disappointed. When I stumbled upon a restaurant in Klamath Falls, I didn't have high expectations. However, I was hungry, so I decided to give it a shot. Best decision ever! I had a strong craving for a carnitas huarache, and to my delight, it was on the menu. It turned out to be DELICIOUS—just as incredible as the ones I've had in Mexico. The spices and flavor combinations were perfect. I really wish I had discovered this gem earlier in my trip. Unfortunately, I didn’t find it until my last day. If you're in Klamath, you must check out Ta'Cool! I would definitely return.

We all decided to try something different from the menu, and not a single one of us was disappointed with our choices. It was truly a wonderful experience. Interestingly, while it looks quite small from the outside, the interior is quite spacious! They even have a room that accommodates up to 18 people, perfect for large families. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Klamath Falls! (It's a shame I didn't take any pictures.) My family visits often now; this has become their favorite Mexican restaurant!
