I just wanna share that I really had the best expirence here this evening. I want to thank especially the new guy Seth and also the rest of the staff too. I could tell things were a bit hectic due to the few sports teams that had just come through about that time. This place is poorly ran. Food prep should be the 1st order of the day. Yet, this the 2nd time at 11 am we came into this shop to order a Boss foot long only to be told they have no meatballs ready. Really? Get it together or close down. View all feedback.
There were at least 8 people in line waiting to order. There were 4 employees behind the counter. One was helping in-house customers and the other 3 were making call-in/door dash orders. I'm sorry, but I believe someone who comes in to patronize an establishment takes precedence over someone sitting on their couch ordering. While waiting, one of the employees, gloved, was making 4 (Call-in) sandwiches. Finished one, wrapped it up, went to another counter, rifled through some things, grabbed a paper bag, put the sandwich in, came back to finish the 2nd sandwich, same gloves. Repeated this with all 4 sandwiches. When it came to our turn, meat and cheese on, then the veggies. Lettuce, wilted and partially brown, tomatoes mostly green, so couldn't get either. We go here often but I'm second guessing about whether we should return. Was this a fluke or a continuing trend?
The sandwich maker was very slow and sloppy sandwich was disgusting it was soggy got the impression he didn't want to be
Tonight when i ate here with my family everything here was perfect, amazing service, amazing food and great atmosphere. But the service was top tier seth deserves a raise, he was cool and made this experience really enjoyable. The food was delicious as well.
Very slow service at the drive through. Way too slow and wait period is over 15 minutes. Person running the drive through takes order, then has to go a make the sandwich. Store manager needs to hire more people.
I tried to call 3 times after placing an order and they wouldn’t answer. I needed to add Mayo to my sandwich. Then I tried to have the dasher do it and they refused saying they couldn’t open it up. I understand that but if you would have answered the phone in the first place there wouldn’t be an issue. Also I had the dasher show them my message so they were just being lazy.
