I have enjoyed this restaurant for many years. I find it sad when you order several dishes to go and when you ask for the pink sauce they give you two. When you ask for an extra one they respond you only get two no matter how many dishes you order. If you eat in you can use it freely for a large bottle sits on each table. I wonder how this effects their customer service. Effected mine quite negatively. View all feedback.
I've been a fan of this restaurant for many years, but I was disappointed during my recent visit. I ordered several dishes to take home, and when I asked for the pink sauce, I was only given two packets. When I requested an extra one, I was told that no matter how many dishes I ordered, I would still only receive two. However, if you dine in, you can use the sauce freely since a large bottle is available on each table. I can't help but wonder how this policy impacts their customer service. It certainly affected my experience in a negative way.
