El Palacio Family Mexican Lounge

We ordered 4 burritos. We received only 3. The Burrito Carne Asada and grilled Potatoes was also missing, having been replaced by a beef, bean and rice burrito which was cold and chewy. The Shrimp Burrito got a shoulder shrug "it was okay" review. The Burrito Carnitas was enjoyed and the HORCHATA home made hard to drink with no straw provided.

I got fajitas for 2 an they gave me no tortillas then I had to DRIVE there an they only gave me 4 tortillas for fajitas for 2. I also got 2 orders of chicken flautas an they only gave me 1 order. the whole purpose of door dash is so you dont have to drive an I had to pay all this extra money for door dash for it to be delivered just to have to DRIVE there to get the the I ordered. super annoying.

This restaurant is the best . There food is amazing. Its not always hot and fresh and cooked just the way you like it. The prices are very reasonable. The staff are great and only there to please you. Please treat them with respect they work hard. Try this place you will love it
