Had to throw the drink away.

The last 3 times I ordered tea the order was made... read more At first, Formosa was one of the best bubble tea places, however for the past few months it has gone downhill. The last 3 times I ordered tea the order was made wrong. Either the popping boba was the wrong flavor, or, like the last time I ordered, it was not the right temperature. The staff kept fighting me saying that I said the wrong thing. But I didn't, especially since I was sick and did not want cold tea. Overall, not going to Formosa ever again, since I've given it plenty of chances but my expectations were not met :
