we were looking for a day-long ski. almost passed this place because the evaluation was lower than others, but it was on the pists we were skiing. we were pleasantly surprised with the food quality that is much better than the...cafeteria style eating in many of the other huts. were huge. recommend the goat soup, the rösti and especially the kasespatle spatzli in fried wobble and mountain cheese). the personal was go... What Molly Bartoletti doesn't like about Berggasthof Hochbrunn:
We stopped here for a meal at this traditional looking Skihütte at the slope. While waiting for the service to make our order we started to play a round of cards. As the service came to our table, the first thing they complained was that...we're not allowed to play any cards in their restaurant. It makes us sad to see how they want to be a traditional house with wooden rooms and old pictures from recent centuries but... View all feedback.
In Kitzbuhel the pretentiousness of the town extends to the mountain huts! This restaurant nestles into the surrounding area, plays 'sounds ' and charges extortionate amounts for food. In fairness, the Gulash Suppe was good but since this is peasant food it needed to be at...€7.50 a bowl. None of the rest of the menu was worth considering as it was overpriced for average fair. There 's no doubt it is a nice place to stop in the sun and spot the nouveau riche of Russia, but for the seasoned skier, expensive and average. Welcome to Kitzbuhel!
We were thirsty after a winter hike when we reached this traditional looking place. It was around 11am and absolutely packed, the only seats we could get were in the bar area. There is both indoor and outdoor dining areas as well. Well the place...was really rocking, loud music and so many people. We only had drinks but the service was friendly and effecient and there was such a fun, laid back vibe. We really enjoyed out time here.
We have been more often in kirchberg and have always been well on the high fountain. there it was a bit expensive, but totally nice and also eating was good and you have a great view. But this year? tiny child carving for 13 euro from the fritteuse suppe ok, but not worth this price. the service does not come after, an eating has been completely forgotten. that can't be - not with these people! After the visit on the first ski day we decided: there are qualitatiw better at the smaller price in the ski area Kirchberg/Kitzbühel. high well - for us unfortunately no longer.
This schihütte is an absolute culinary highlight! thunfischsteak, filetsteaks ,burger or imiserschmarren, absolute top quality and super tasty! highly recommended!
The food is a little more expensive than in other places, but that's not what's bothered me most. I thought the staff were really unkind. There was no laugh. After dinner, the money was grilled from the table and gone was the waitress. No thank you or "good-bye" ****.
