What Prisca Gallo doesn't like about Berggasthaus Tyrol:
If you like getting off your seat twice to find out where your lunch is and been told twice in 30 minutes it's " on the way" you will be in heaven with this restaurant. If your wife finished her meal 20 minutes before you eventually got yours, you will be ecstatic. If you like a waitress saying to you " it's coming it's coming" repeatedly, Bingo. All the food is good and service fast and friendly, but its the cream cake desserts that will take your breath away.

We were a group of 10 and had an amazing ski guide with us, who very kindly booked the table for us. On arrival he reserved some cream cake for us which is delicious and well worth it! As it is a popular restaurant lots of people had booked making us feel pressed for time. It also stressed the waitresses and sometimes they got muddled. Nonetheless the food was really really good and had lots of variety, I recommend the wok. It was well priced. The restaurant was well equipped for bad weather as well which helped a lot.
Great traditional Austrian food with good service included. Freindly host and nice atmosphere with great view of mountains
