Rising Tide - KITTERY

Previous Review 2020: I really want to love my neighborhood health food store, as they do offer a decent selection of products. However, the store is extremely cramped and disorganized, with clutter and rubbish piled up behind product rows. This makes me unsure about the quality of the items on the shelves. I purchased sun dried tomatoes from the bulk container and they were very hard, possibly indicating they had been sitting there for a long time (the container was also dusty). The store seems like a fire hazard, so I tend to rush in and out, only buying pre-packaged items as I do not trust the rest. The staff members are nice, but they really need to work on organization and cleanliness.

The owners of this restaurant are lovely, friendly, and attentive. They have a great variety of vegan options including prepared dishes, vegetables, and tasty lentil soups. They also sell Maine pickled kelp in jars. It is a health food store with a lot to offer for vegans.

This small shop is packed with a wide variety of fantastic items. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and are always willing to share their expertise. I absolutely love this place. It's a hidden gem in Kittery.

The store is dusty and feels like a fire hazard, so I prefer to quickly grab pre-packaged items and leave. Despite the chaos, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The store just needs better organization and cleanliness.
