The staff at this restaurant are fantastic. They consistently provide excellent service and always ensure I am well taken care of.

Yesterday was a first time visit. I ordered an Italian sub, and it had more meat than others I have had, great!! Since I was struggling even with my cane, the lady working the counter walked me to my car. Great service and pleasant too.

We usually have such a great experience here and have left good reviews before. But my husband and I just ordered a sandwich and wings and had DoorDash deliver. The driver arrived with only the wings. What??? He said, “sorry, they didn’t have any wraps for the sandwich.” My husband then called Kittery Foodmart and said what happened and she said, “sorry, we were to busy to call you and tell you.” So basically, one person got their food and the other didn’t. We would have been happy to call someplace else for food!! Just crazy, and no customer service! I understand that we are just locals and not tourists, and they are still so busy that they don’t “need” our patronage, but it just seems wrong. Too bad. The DoorDash guy (Christian, super nice) felt so bad that he even offered to go to Anthony’s and get us a sandwich, but we were too annoyed. He was really nice though. DoorDash maybe should have a policy where the driver won’t deliver an incomplete order without calling the customer first?

I am not normally one to write reviews, but I felt like I had to this time. I had food delivered from this establishment using door dash like we have done several times the past few weeks. The order was clearly written out please be sure to put mayo on the sub. It got delivered to me, and they wrote on the sub package no mayo... and sure enough no mayo (which is fine, because mistakes happen. I get it. I have worked in the industry for several years). I called to just make them aware of what had happened and when the lady had answered the phone and I told her what happened, she was extremely rude about it and responded with Well, what do you want me to do about it? in a very nasty tone. I was just speechless with the way that this employee talked to me. I was not being rude to her. Did not yell about the situation or anything.This review is not about the food but the way I was treated. We just started ordering from there a descent amount now as we are new to the area. But I will be hesitant to go back just because of the way she spoke to me.

Our family was craving pizza, and someone had mentioned this gas station food store. A friend who had lunch there highly recommended it. I ordered a large 18-inch Meat Lovers pizza and an 18-inch Bacon pizza. The prices were fantastic, and they were cooked to perfection. The dough was nice, and there was an abundance of cheese, but the toppings were what really impressed us. There was at least three times the amount of toppings compared to a typical pizza. Just two slices had us feeling completely full. This is an incredible hidden gem! I'm definitely going to try their sandwiches next to see if they offer the same generous portions. My son picked up the food and struck up a nice conversation with a friendly woman at the counter. We were all amazed!
