I visited Dunkin' and used their restroom, which was spotless. I also grabbed a coffee from their menu, and it tasted excellent. The location is connected to Mrs. and Me Ice Cream shop, where the ice cream was incredibly delicious. Together, they create a fantastic combination that complements Dunkin’ perfectly.

The food was decent, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. Our trouble began at the drive-thru when we had difficulty understanding the woman taking our order. When we asked her to repeat herself, she became visibly upset and then yelled at my husband to answer her because she hadn’t heard his response. I’m serious—she literally screamed “Answer!” through the microphone. This behavior is completely unacceptable. We were polite throughout, despite how poorly we were treated. After reading similar complaints from other customers, I’m baffled why management hasn’t addressed this issue or taken steps to prevent it from happening again. I don’t know anyone who dislikes Dunkin’, but no coffee or donut is worth being shouted at. If I were the manager or an employee there, I would be embarrassed by the numerous reports of rude staff. I cannot recommend this location.

The customer service was truly exceptional. The staff member went out of their way to find the bluest and pinkest doughnuts for my grandkids, which was both thoughtful and surprising!

When I visited, it was very crowded, and I had to wait for a short time. I think they were brewing more coffee at that moment.

The drive-thru line was not well-managed; it moved extremely slowly and only served one car at a time. During my order, I was asked to hold twice, and they then repeated my order. They insisted that I had to purchase a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich without the egg, claiming they couldn't bill me just for a bagel with sausage and cheese, which is confusing. Why would I pay for an egg that I'm not getting? I've worked at Dunkin' before, and they never required us to charge customers that way.
