Pretty much like every other dunkin. Except this one really needs to learn how to shake up/mix their energy punch as everytime i order all the syrup is in the bottom. Also wish they made it with the white monster instead of the green. Always wanted to ask if I supplied the monster if they would but then again i would be the losing as I would be paying 5 dollars and be supplying the most expensive part of the drink. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
The women who took my order at the drive thru was extremely rude I asked for a moment to look at the menu and to consult my fiancé to see what he wanted and she let out a huge “ughhhhhhhhhh” and when I had told her I was ready about a minute later she gave me an attitude asked me what I wanted and I placed my order I heard her say something and I asked what was that and she rudely informed me “I’m not talking to you”... Loved to drive up and speak to someone so friendly and nice. We saw a new pumpkin drink and had questions which he was able to tell us about the new drink so we'll, we ordered two large Pumpkin Spice Lattes. They were so delicious and I was shocked at their large size cups when, he handed them to us! We will be back again for sure.
What was really outstanding was the customer service. The associate went above and beyond to find the bluest and pinkest doughnuts for my grandkids. It was really thoughtful and unexpected !
The food was fine, but we had very poor customer service. It started when we had difficulty understanding the woman at the drive up window, so we asked her to repeat what she said. This must have made her upset hecause she then hollered at my husband toanswer her when she didn 't hear his response. I am not joking when I say hollered. She screamed through the microphone the word, Answer!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. This is not okay from anyone. We were not rude to her despite how shetreated us. I am now editing my review after reading all the previous reviews that also talk about the same type of complaints.Why is the management not replacing these employees or at the very least making sure it does not keep happening? I do not knowanyone who does not like Dunkin Donuts, but is it worth being hollered at? I would be embarrassed if I was managing the store orworking there and saw numbers of complaints about rude staff members.
The service was great when I arrived. However, during busy times, the wait can be quite slow. I really wish they had a separate line for mobile orders like other Dunkin' locations do; it's definitely better to go inside during peak hours. I've waited as long as 25 minutes in my car for a mobile order, and I won't be doing that again anytime soon!
It was extremely busy when I visited, and I had to wait for a little while. I believe they were in the process of brewing more coffee.
