My coffee is consistently made correctly and served promptly. The drive-thru can be a bit slow during busy mornings, but that's understandable given the high volume of customers. Having worked for and managed Dunkin' locations for four years, I know how to order efficiently for the best experience. I'm familiar with the menu, products, and exactly what I want. Slowdowns typically happen when customers are unsure of their orders or don’t know what they want, although sometimes it can be due to the staff or understaffing.

Although it's more suited for grab-and-go dining than for a relaxed meal, the convenience is exceptional. I would definitely recommend it.

When I ordered the Dunkin Midnight, they mentioned that... read more I asked for decaf tea with one cream, but they served me caffeinated tea with four creams and no honey. When I ordered the Dunkin Midnight, they mentioned that they typically don’t make it and would need to brew a fresh pot. This was by far the worst experience I've had at Dunkin.
