Stopped in here several times enroute from Conestoga College to Guelph (jogging north and east on country roads) in springtime. A good way to enjoy a take-out smoothie. Williams cafes all seem to do creative dishes (special muffins, salads, made-to-order sandwiches) well enough to keep us coming back. Pricier than Timmie's but worth the change. Just don't count on the unsecured Wifi being up and running. View all feedback.

Visiting from out of area so this is the first time I have gone to this location and literally waited close to 10 minutes possibly longer to get my order with only one car ahead of me. When I mentioned that perhaps cars with larger orders / delays etc should wait aside so others can get through the lady serving was dismissive. Although I was not in a rush it was an exceptionally long time to have to wait and quality customer service should validate this at the very least and ideally offer to make it right. Starbucks certainly does! Wish I had known there was a chapters across the street as I would have gone there instead.
Each month our company, Red & White Realty has our morning get together here. Quiet at 8:30am with great coffee and delicious foods. AAA
I don't know why you keep doing this but I am always disappointed by the fact that the menu for the drive-thru at Williams is designed so that certain foods take forever to prepare. These Foods either should not be offered or you should offer them and give the opportunity for the car to pull ahead and you'll deliver the food to them. The reason you want to do this is that you can get stuck behind somebody for over 5 minutes waiting for their fancy sandwich. On the upside the staff is always congenial and they do a good job.I know this is probably my fault because I keep going to Williams and this keeps happening but I would think that any company that was interested in a customer experience would actually go through the drive-thru and experience waiting in line for 5 minutes for my food to be delivered and imagine being one of those cars stuck behind the client that orders that food.I'm not sure Williams really cares about the customers going through the drive-thru.
Overpriced and felt like I was "interfering" on their day? Customer service needs to be addressed there
Had a lovely coffee and cheesecake for a midafternoon snack !! staff was amazing and very polite and friendly great value for your money
