I had a fantastic time at So Tim's! The coffee shop was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The service was quick and efficient. A special highlight was the hiring of a staff member who communicated with a deaf customer using sign language. He took the time to serve this customer with grace and understanding. This is definitely not something you see every day! Kudos to Tim's for their excellent work in... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
This was the worst experience I've had at Tim Hortons. Time and time again, they manage to disappoint, whether it's getting my order wrong or offering terrible service. Today was the breaking point – now I need to fix the USB port on my phone because a worker couldn't be bothered to secure the lid on my coffee cup. If it had spilled in my car, you would think he would rush to get some napkins, but you would be wrong.... View all feedback.
I went to the drive-thru, placed my order, and then pulled up to the window to pay. However, the card reader did not work for my card, so I had to enter my PIN manually. Despite pressing the button multiple times, the machine still did not work. The cashier seemed impatient, even though it was the machine's fault. I informed her that the machine was not working, and she responded with, "I can't do anything, it's your debit card." I had to use another card with tap function because the machine was not working properly. I also realized that they had not prepared my entire order. When I asked if they could add the missing item, the cashier said they were short on time and told me to drive around. It was inconvenient to do so, but I decided to leave without the missing item. The cashier rushed me, even though there was still a car behind me.

Today was the breaking point – now I need to fix the USB port on my phone because a worker couldn't be bothered to secure the lid on my coffee cup. If it had spilled in my car, you would think he would rush to get some napkins, but you would be wrong. He just stood there, handing me the rest of my order without a care. The level of incompetence is truly astonishing.
I wanted to have breakfast and use the washroom in the morning. müll over flowing and 0 fabric paper. not for the change station. not for the toilet. No one for your hands. how can the change in the morning and night shift fail. they must have been too busy to swear and wear, as I heard how I find out what to do. left feeling so rough and no longer hungry. I'd rather starve, then back to this place.
Food and drink was fine today at around 2:45 pm. However, EVERY table was dirty. We picked the cleanest dirty table and informed the staff. The guy said ok and then did nothing. The place was not busy at all: even drive-in was slow. When we left a half hour later I told the same person that the tables were still all dirty and got a blank look. Not impressed at all.
