delicious food with great customer service. all employees are very good about zöliakie and what on their menu is gf. Salvadorian food is largely gf of nature, so no sukling required. that means that taste is not affected. I can't say enough good things: they take care of us consistently and is our goal to eat! The staff at this restaurant is always willing to accommodate my celiac restrictions. I ordered a gluten-free entree and they made sure to prepare it in a clean space. The enchiladas were delicious!
There were ample options, for vegetarians also, including delicious and authentic tacos. Unfortunately no dedicated fryer though.

This means that flavour will not be compromised. I can't say enough good things: they consistently take great care of us and is our go-to spot to eat out!
The restaurant offers a variety of gluten-free options on their menu and now has a separate fryer specifically for gluten-free orders. The quality of service can depend on the waiter, as I felt more reassured during my first visit when the server was more knowledgeable. However, both visits went smoothly without any issues with gluten contamination. The food itself is outstanding, with the pupusas being my favorite dish. Overall, I highly recommend trying the delicious Latin American cuisine at this restaurant, as it is a rare find in Canada.
