Have you ever tried drinking an $8 Java Chip Frappucino through a paper straw? What a horrible experience! Just wondering, did you save the world yet by cutting down the trees?

I ordered 3 Venti ICED Starbucks Blonde Vanilla Latte today and I gave the sever the picture off my recipe. She read it wrong and they gave me 3 HOT latte and I told them I’m pretty sure I asked for the ICED ones, and they re-do for me. But what I don’t like is their attitude. They were the one who read it wrong and they didn’t look happy when they have to do it again for me. They were throwing things and their faces didn’t look happy at all and it made me feel like it was my fault but not theirs. At the end I told the barista sorry but she didn’t even care to reply. I work across them so I usually buy drinks over here, but the shift yesterday was so much nicer. This shift this afternoon was awful.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, great products. What more can I say....
