Qdoba Mexican Eats - Kitchener

I've been twice and both times sour cream is watered down. Second visit when I asked for my order they lifted the lid and burnt both my quesadillas. The supervisor told the worker to only make one more I had to insist on two more cuz I didn't want burnt food. And then they screwed up on the one order because my wife didn't get her guacamole side that we paid for. Save yourself some headaches and go to another Mexican place that knows how to prepare orders properly. This place sucks not trained.

Good food. Semi mexican.Only one vegetarian option.Vegetarian options: For veg there's only onion and pepper.Thats it.

Abi made me an amazingly huge delicious quesadilla! Flame grilled the fresh veggies right in front of me.

Havent been here in months and the quality of the staff and the general business has plummetted. No one speaks English, which was very important when I told them I couldn't eat cilantro (they ended up putting cilantro in my meal anyways) I also asked to upgrade my meal with the $3 something chips and dip and drink.Again another employee who didn't speak English got my order wrong and over charged me thinking I wanted a large queso and chips and drink. This alone bumped my meal up by $10.I took one bite at home and realised it had cilantro in it and had to throw out 80% of my meal which I paid a ridiculous $30 for.

I tried the chicken protein bowl and it was really good!I will recommend this dish for new ones who are looking for them.I also appreciate the efforts made by one of the staff, his name was Abijith. He was so good in making customer satisfaction and making the food more delicious.
