Papa John's Pizza - Kitchener

Aksh and Divya provided excellent taste and customer service at the restaurant. Despite my arrival just before closing time, they made delicious garlic knots for me. I highly recommend this store to all pizza lovers for their great customer satisfaction. The pizza and garlic knots are incredibly delicious.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was great, but I found the display for the menu to be frustrating as it was mainly advertising the app and specials for over a minute before briefly showing part of the menu for only 10 seconds. Additionally, the server did not seem knowledgeable about the menu and was often distracted by their phone.

The service is excellent, with a 20-minute wait time, and the pizzas are delicious.

General pizza is good from this location BUT?..preordered for delivery on Sunday for a bday party, pizza arrived on time, but it was the worst pizza my guests and I have ever had!!! Wasn?t square cut as asked, was dried out and burnt on top, was cold, recutour self but was very difficult as pizza was so hard and dried out, it was crumbling. Not one of the guest ate a whole piece ofeither pizza! It was thrown in the garbage! I called the store, person I talked to tried to say the new driver probably cut itwrong?!? Why would the driver be cutting pizza? Btw this was first thing in the morning when they aren?t that busy! I asked fora manager to call me, and I have yet to hear from someone! My dog even turned his nose at this pizza- it was as if it sat outall night and was thrown back in the oven! Lots of competition papa johns- step up

Ordered pizza they didn't get the order right. I was told when I called to let them know it was wrong that my next order would be free except for delivery charge. I called tonight to order free pizza but was told that there was nothing in my name about afree pizza. This isn't the first time this has happened with papa John's. I won't be ordering from them ever again.????
