McDonald's - Kitchener

This is my favorite spot. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years.

Every since this McDonalds has been renovated, it has been top-notchThe staff is always friendly and service is very quick.

The lovely double drive thru (horrible idea) the right side speaker was not working, so the employee was taking all the order's on the Left side after 2 cars went ahead of us and still no answer through the speaker we just drove up to the window. When we got to the window to inform the employee that no one had taken our order and something might be wrong with that speaker, she apologized, took our order, and proceeded to not charge us for our drinks. Great employee service from Ocoee but terrible Drive-Thru service everywhere not just this McDonalds. Your damned if you go into the restaurant or go through the drive thru.

I just waited in the drive thru for 25 mins waiting to be served and receive my food. For a solid 10 we didn't move at all and the staff took no action to speed up the process or apologize for the wait when we were finally served. This is not the first time I have had slow service at this location as the night shift is quite lacking but this is certainly the worst experience I have had. To top it all off they put the rind of the lettuce in my wrap which was a wonderful surprise to bite into...

Staff St Highland McDonalds always deliver well during the week. Love my Egg Mcmuffin in the morning. Coffee is the best
