But the gri... read more I always thought the nice thing about Harvey's was that the grill was out front and you could actually see your burger being grilled. Which is nice. But the grill is hidden and I swear my burger came out of a heating tray :(How sad. That was the thing Harvey's had above the other fast food places...at least it was freshly cooked. But now that seems to be gone.The taste is fine...what you would expect and the place was clean and staff friendly. Still nice to be able to order your toppings in person...that is still a nice touch over the others.But please do not take my burger out of a tray...or at least don't let me see you do it.

But last night the lady making my b... read more I apologize I sent the review to the wrong store. I was at your store November 15 about 5pm. The service always pretty good. But last night the lady making my burger was amazing. I believe she said it was her first day. She made my burger amazing. She put the right amount of mustard and ketchup on it so it wasn't messy. Further more she was so pleasant and friendly she actually made my night. I believe her name was Jen not sure. Please be sure she sees this because she defiantly is a keeper and should know that I felt she did a super job.Thank youAnnie

Not sure if this is the same as other ones in guelph but the service here is always good and its right next to the movie theatre so its very handy. Recommended

The young... read more As I approached the counter, I mentioned that it had been years since I last visited a Harveys restaurant. The staff quickly offered to take my order. The young man behind the counter explained the menu options and I followed his suggestion, ordering an Angus Burger with cheese and bacon. It was incredibly tasty. The service was prompt and the staff were friendly. I learned that this location was relatively new and, as expected, it was very clean. The restrooms were easily accessible. I was pleased that I stopped by this restaurant on my way to the university.

It was a bustling spot, but I will certainly be returning. They took my health record prior to my visit, and I never experienced any issues.
