Our last visit to this restaurant was not quite as decent as previous experiences. Whereas onion rings and fries are still fresh and hot, our veggie burgers were lukewarm-coldish, not-cooked well, and yucky. Sometimes, this kind of experience stops you from going to the chain all-together. This is what we did. Perhaps will give it a try in the future when we feel like to.

It was a bustling spot, but I will certainly be returning. They took my health record prior to my visit, and I never experienced any issues.

Today I brought this to the manage... read more I enjoy the rice/chicken bowl however, last time I ordered it at the drive through it was 1/2 the size it was supposed to be. Today I brought this to the managers attention with my receipt, pictures on my phone polite and prepared. He...offered me another bowl at 1/2 price. This is unbelievably bad management the industry standard is to offer a replacement and often additional coupons or incentives to thank the customer for bringing the issue to their attention. Needless to say I left without the bowl. Buyer beware try a different Harvey's but if the entire chain has this poor customer service approach spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
