But last night the lady making my b... read more I apologize I sent the review to the wrong store. I was at your store November 15 about 5pm. The service always pretty good. But last night the lady making my burger was amazing. I believe she said it was her first day. She made...my burger amazing. She put the right amount of mustard and ketchup on it so it wasn't messy. Further more she was so pleasant and friendly she actually made my night. I believe her name was Jen not sure. Please be sure she sees this because she defiantly is a keeper and should know that I felt she did a super job. Thank you Annie

It was a bustling spot, but I will certainly be returning. They took my health record prior to my visit, and I never experienced any issues.

Today I brought this to the manage... read more I enjoy the rice/chicken bowl however, last time I ordered it at the drive through it was 1/2 the size it was supposed to be. Today I brought this to the managers attention with my receipt, pictures on my phone polite and prepared. He...offered me another bowl at 1/2 price. This is unbelievably bad management the industry standard is to offer a replacement and often additional coupons or incentives to thank the customer for bringing the issue to their attention. Needless to say I left without the bowl. Buyer beware try a different Harvey's but if the entire chain has this poor customer service approach spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
