Excellent customer service, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Staff are obliging to customers' requests.

I ordered the crispy chicken meal and chicken nuggets, and they were both fresh and delicious. I can't wait to go back and have them again.

I appreciate that this restaurant stays open late. It is convenient and the food reminds me of Harveys. My friends and I frequently visit late at night since it is located right across from us.

I went through the drive-thru and asked for a hamburger with minimal ketchup for my son. The burger came with a broken bun and ketchup all over the outside of the burger and bun. I went back and asked for a replacement without ketchup, but they only changed the top bun and the ketchup was still leaking out. The employee at the window suggested I wipe it off with napkins, which I found to be unacceptable. I ended up throwing the burger away as my son couldn't eat it with ketchup everywhere. I called the owner, who promised to meet me at the restaurant the next day at 2 to make it up to me, but he left an hour beforehand, wasting my time and money. Overall, a disappointing experience with ignorant and rude staff.

I love the veggie burger, I've been getting it for years and this location always does a great job.
