GINO'S PIZZA - Kitchener

The pizzas were really delicious including the one with bbq sauce, I was expecting the Dr 5. Dr Pepper to be large but overall Igive everything a 5 star

We’ve been Gino’s customers for a long time and have supported our neighborhood Gino’s for a few years now.Generally satisfied with the product we’ve bought even though the owners changed sauces and/or the cheese within the last year. Something’s different there.But our recent order that had mold on the crust has turned me off of their pizza for awhile.Turns out their ‘deep dish’ crust is not made fresh in-house but rather pre-made and brought in.The fact that it didn’t get caught and we ate some of it before seeing it is a major turn off for us.Just being honest.

Amazing place, food and service. I’ve visited couple of days ago and due to huge rush at pick time, I’ve waited few more minutes than they mentioned (15 mins) but as a customer service employee gave me pop as a compliment. Staff set a perfect example of customer service. I appreciate a lot. Polite service amazing experience. MUST VISIT AND TRY DELICIOUS PIZZA?
