I tried to make a reservation but they did not accept it. Fortunately, I called to confirm and was told that they do not take reservations on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays. If you are using this app to make a reservation, make sure to call the restaurant to confirm it!

I would not recommend making a reservation at this restaurant through Open Table as they do not honor them.

When we arrived at the restaurant, the host informed us that we did not have a reservation and that there would be a 20-minute wait for a table. We insisted that we did have a reservation, providing the app information and confirmation email as proof. The host then informed us that the reservation was invalid as they were not supposed to be taking reservations. We insisted that they honor our reservation, and after requesting to speak to a manager, the host returned and suddenly found us a table, acknowledging that the manager had advised him incorrectly. However, we were seated at a table in the back corner of the bar. Our waitress was rushed and impatient, taking a long time to bring our drinks and even forgetting one. When a drink arrived looking different than expected, we were told they had run out of the required juice and were using a replacement. The taste was not the same, and we were disappointed that this information was not disclosed earlier. The rest of the meal, the waitress only checked in briefly, and we had to call her back to address any issues. The food was good, but the overall customer service was terrible. We would not recommend this restaurant. For great food and service, we suggest going to Moose Winooskis, which is less than 2 minutes away.

They did not accept this reservation. Luckily I called to double check and they said they did not accept reservations on Thursday Friday or Saturday. If you use this app CALL THE RESTAURANT TO CONFIRM THE RESERVATION!!!

Do not book this restaurant via Open Table. They don't appreciate the reservation.
