City Pizza - Kitchener

I order for delivery and they showed up within 35 minutes and it waa best pizza ever...i recomend to everyone to try.

Really nice pizza. I found the prices great and the customer service was outstanding. Very friendly. I ordered from the wrong location and they fixed me up my order in a few minutes and were very cheerful about it. Have returned and will continue to do so!

Stopped in today for my slice and drink . Boys were amazing as usual . Pizza was hot fresh and tasty. from now on no matter where I am I will come back to this location

I ordered delivery they showed up after an hour with a cold pizza. Price for the service was not great 45 bucks for two pizzas. Thnx for nothing. Won't be back

The order was completely mixed up, to the point where I believe they brought me someone else's order. The delivery driver bluntly stated that he would not return and if I didn't want it, I should deal with it myself. The whole reason I ordered delivery was to avoid going out, haha. When I called to address the issue, they argued with me that they had sent the correct pizza. We had ordered a combo with a Hawaiian pizza, but the pizza we received had pepperoni and mushroom toppings - definitely not Hawaiian! This isn't the first time I've had problems with this restaurant, but it will definitely be the last. The staff smoke outside and do not wash their hands (I've witnessed this personally), so who knows what else they may be doing without proper hygiene practices. It's disgusting. There are plenty of cheap pizza places out there; do yourself a favor and choose a different one.
