Casey's Bar & Grill - Kitchener

Food at Casey's was always good especially their Cobb Salad. Have to go to the other one. That is on the east side of KW.

This location has been closed since June but they failed to update on the website and also the street signs on the highway still say caseys. it will be opened as a Kelsey's soon by their head office as they took over the building but they are already starting off on a bad not.

Attempted to call the restaurant three times at 5pm, 5:15pm and 5:30pm on a Friday afternoon with no response. (I used the number thats listed on this site which I know works as I've called them before for ordering pickup) Not only was there no one picking up the phone, but after about 6 or 7 rings, it starts making a fax machine noise and nothing happens. If you can't pick up the phone on a Friday afternoon, you've lost my business.

Used to come here about once a week for drinks and half priced apps in the evenings and used to love it! However the restaurant has been on a downward slide. Used to be able to get Keith's red on tap (my favourite) but not anymore, now they have "barking squirrel" which just isn't the same. You used to be able to get sweet potato fries but they took that off the half price menu. They also reduced what used to be a nice spread for the half price apps down to about 6 choices I believe. It may be a few more, but it has really been reduced. On the last few occasions my boyfriend and I have gotten really skunky beers from their tap and had a hard time finishing it. The nachos used to be amazing and now they are much smaller and with fewer toppings, and virtually no cheese, what cheese is left has been baked on to a solid form. If they can't afford to produce decent food for their half priced apps, they shouldn't be offering it anymore, plain and simple. It's been disappointing, having a place we love slip in quality so quickly. This is not to speak for the waiters and waitresses we've had and gotten to know. They have always been wonderful to us. However, we now go elsewhere for our pint and app at the end of the week.

Food was very good and the service was great. We had pizzas and burgers and garlic breadsticks & pasta. All were happy with their selections.
