I have been to this Boston Pizza 4 times for lunch and after dinner drinks. The service has only been acceptable once. The last lunch I had took over 20 minutes to arrive and was cold. When I sent it back they just threw the cactus chips back in the fryer to re-heat and they came back like black potato chips.
