I heard from some people that this restaurant has the best Hong Kong-style tea in town, so I decided to come and try it out. I ordered a cheese penne dish and was not disappointed.
The only downside to this restaurant is the timing. Sometimes the service can be very slow, making it inconsistent.
Have increased without a corresponding improvement in food quality. It's disappointing to see this decline in a previously reliable spot.
