Tim Hortons - Kitchener Canada

Was not impressed by this situation. slower service. I took my order. I took my money. Waiting for 5 minutes, they told me they didn't have the article they sold me 5.

Probably one of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever encountered. Since I live so close to this location this is the only Tims that I can go to whenever I want which is unfortunate given how terrible it is. Staff there is always changing and they often look so confused. I use the mobile app to order hoping that I get faster service but it actually works in my disadvantage because they 1. Don't ever have the order ready 2. Most often say that they have not received my order and then try to tell me that it's my fault. I hope the manager/owner of this restaurant gets on top of these things and ensure all mobile orders are at a receiving capacity before staff accuse customers of not actually placing the order at the right location. Also some customer service training would be nice as well. Just saying.

Just drove through this Tim Hortons location and I ordered a medium black coffee and a large green tea. I got a medium black coffee and a large orange pekoe tea with a green tea tea bag on the side. I also ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese, and I got a cinnamon raisin bagel with a slab of butter on it and a little bit of cream cheese. I think somebody confused the butter with cream cheese.You’re basically a coffee shop bakery and you can’t even serve your own products right!!!! And also since I was on the road, I was too far away to bother turning around and coming back to get the order corrected. Won’t be stopping at this location anytime soon..

Wow. They didn't screw up. My food was warm, not burnt/frozen, my coffee was stirred and with no grounds. Congrats Tim Hortons, for the first time in 4 years you got it right! I may go back again soon.

Worst tims experience ever.I have been here multiple time and this place has never fail to disappoint me. Employees almost never attends the walk-in customers first its like i have to wait minimum of 5 mins before order without anyone else in the line. Today i order cold brew coffee for first time at this tims and first she added cream to my coffee without asking me and i am lactose intolerant. Thankfully she tried to make again but again she forgot the toffee caramel syrup in the coffee. Thus place really needs to improve in customer service.
