Recently, I visited Heha Otoha Dai, a quaint little café with a cozy atmosphere. I decided to try their Siphon Ale, a unique and delicious coffee drink. The coffee was brewed to perfection, even though their espresso machine was out of order. I enjoyed a cup of coffee while marveling at the rare siphon brewing method.
