巌流は素晴らしいお店であります。 創業50年、代も三代目となりますが 昭和 平成 令和 と時代も三代またぐことになります。 先代から継いだ伝統の炉端三代目 巌流 継がれた「技」は進化する「技」へ貫いた「焼」は磨かれる「焼」へと受け継がれました。 今年も後少しですが三代目巌流は ｢繁盛店」から「繁栄店」を目指していきます！！

何を食べても全部美味しい 店員さんを呼ぶ際に太鼓を叩くシステム 最初に出される野菜はおかわり自由 ただ、テーブル席は1つなので少人数での方が良いかもしれません

昔ながらの雰囲気が落ち着く、活気のあるお店。サメ軟骨梅肉和え、合馬のタケノコ、塩板とレモンで食べる刺身が美味しかったです。 店員さんはベトナム人でしょうか？キビキビと働く姿が好感持てます。 席で喫煙出来るのが、喫煙者には嬉しい。 会計後、外まで見送りしてくれるのも、気持ち良かったです。 また行きたいお店ですね。
