Original ちょっと前に伺いました。 お客より、ご主人のこだわり優先。他の方も言ってましたが、食べれないものがある方は言っても変わらないです。うちは、構わず入れる！なら、事前に伝えて欲しかったです。それは、お店の自由です。もちろん、私も了承の上、行かなかったです。 料理出るの遅くてちょっとびっくりしました。20分から40分は掛かりました。 弟子の方に当たり強いです。カウンター座らなければ良かったです。 弟子の方、印象も良く接客も丁寧でしたので、ご主人は弟子の方を気にせず料理に集中して欲しいなと……そしたらもう少し早く出せるのではと思いました。 お酒飲んでご機嫌なご主人でしたが、もう少しこちらに配慮が欲しかった……こちらはやたら待つし、目の前で弟子さんに当たり強いし、食べれないと伝えたものを全て入れられてテンション下がりまくりでした。 感想 物凄く期待をして行きました。 電話予約時にアレルギーないか聞かれ、どうしてもわさびがダメなので伝えました。 今まで普通のから最高級のまで散々チャレンジしてもダメです。 店に行っても伝えました。 が、最初の刺身の時点でわさびが添えられていました。 あれ？と思いましたが、食べなければ良いし、うっかりかなと。 が、その後も変わらなかったので、せめてお寿司は美味しく食べたくて、悩んだ挙句、わざとご主人の前でわさびだけ食べてやっぱり食べられないですとはっきり言いました。ご主人はガハハ！と笑ってわさびについてのこだわりを語ってて、さすがにもう大丈夫だろうと思ったら、結局全てにわさび入っておりました。 連れからさすがに言おうと言われましたが、どう考えても意図的に入れている事が怖すぎてもういいからとわさび味しかしない食べ物を無理やり口に押し込みました。 ご主人のこだわり、分かります。 ですが、わさびが本当に嫌い、不味いので何度も伝えました。ご主人のこだわりの味全てが私には不味いわさび味しか感じず、辛い結婚記念日になりました。 この店のお陰で、次からはわさびアレルギーの為、抜いて頂けるかまで確認してから予約しようと決めました。 もちろん、2度と行く事はないかなと思います。 食べれないものがあり、事前に伝えて行こうと思っている方の参考になればと思い、迷いましたが、あえて残します。
