お料理の味付けは大変美味しかったです。ただ、和いん処と名打っている割には、頼んだコースにあったワインを尋ねたら、最初はお刺身などが出るので、白ワイン、あとにお肉が出るので、赤ワインとの答え。聞きたかったのはそんな素人でも答えられる一般的な事ではないでしょう。あれだけのワインリストを出しているのですから。
