福岡市在住ですが勤務先が 北九州なので 時々いきます。どんどん亭は 以前は近所に あったのですが，いつのまにかなくなってしまいました。 福岡ネギ焼は 絶対注文します。ネギを生地に混ぜて焼くお好み焼きって 絶品です! これはどんどん亭でしか見ないです。広島はネギがお好み焼きの上にのってるのが一般的みたい。他は海鮮や 広島風を 注文です。広島に よくお好み焼きを食べに行きますが，広島風を自分で焼くのは 難しいと 要らぬ心配を最初してしまいました。 広島風は 店が焼いてくれます。 お好み焼きは 福岡市より 北九州の 方が絶対おいしいです。山口や広島に近いからだと 思います。

Located on the 11th floor of JR Kokura Railway Station, Collet is a restaurant area open from 11:00 to 22:00 (last order at 21:00) that is completely non-smoking. They offer beverage service and discounts for management registration, as well as parking space available. This restaurant chain in the national district is a great place to enjoy okonomiyaki from all over the country. The atmosphere is clean and resembles a traditional Japanese restaurant. I have visited with my family several times and found all seats to be comfortable and the large iron plate is perfect for group dining. There is also a drink service available through registration. Despite the closure of Izutsuya, Collet will remain open until the end of February, along with the restaurants, lofts, and Muji shops. The coffee shop and cafe on the first floor are also open as usual. I hope they continue to provide excellent service in the future. A fun atmosphere and delicious food make JR Kokura Railway Station Collet a great choice for dining.

There are various types of Kansai-style and Hiroshima-style dishes, all of which are very reasonably priced. The seating inside the restaurant is spacious and the staff are lovely with smiles. I recommend the Hiroshima-style dish. I even bought some to take home. I would love to go back again. Thank you for the meal.

This restaurant is a budget-friendly and superb choice for okonomiyaki, monjayaki, yakisoba, and teppanyaki. We opted for okonomiyaki and it was truly delicious. The chef prepared the dishes for us and we just had to season them to our liking. The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was tidy. Whether dining solo or in a group, this spot is a must-visit when in the city.
