He is a second generation chef and absolute artist in making Japanese food. Sushi, fish, chawan mushi, everything. He’s restaurant is small so be sure to reserve before you come. You will not regret it. Describing tastes and impressions is difficult. Everyone’s their own. Just come and try it. Kitakami is not well known but very nice city in the heart of Tohoku region. Located beautifully on the banks of wide and fast Kitakami river. Come and you will like it.
