らーめん Miàn Cì Láng

I stopped by for lunch before going to the Nordic Forest Park. It is a rare ramen shop in the area with almost no other ramen shops around. I tried the Red Miso Ramen and Tonkotsu Horse Oil Ramen. The miso ramen comes in three types: red, white, and black miso, showing attention to detail. Additionally, the standard ramen menu allows you to choose between rich or light broth, as well as thin, thick, or curly noodles. They offer a unique system where you can get half a bowl of rice for free on weekdays during lunchtime. I tried the red miso ramen with thick noodles and rich broth. The noodles at this place are delicious. The thick noodles in the red miso ramen and the curly noodles in the horse oil ramen have completely different textures but are both well thought out, with a satisfying chewiness and a subtle wheat aroma and flavor, as well as a smooth and easy-to-swallow egg noodle. The miso and horse oil broth were so delicious that I finished both the noodles and the soup. The seasoned egg and chashu were also seasoned perfectly and tasted great. I definitely want to come back to this restaurant again.

With a wide variety of miso ramen options, it's hard to decide what to try next at this restaurant. The large ladle size definitely makes you want to come back for more.

The tantanmen with plenty of vegetables was delicious. During lunchtime, you could get a half serving of rice for free.
