I've been to zaxby's before, but this was my family's first time and they approved the food. We had a huge take out order, so the server didn't include any of the sauce, however my family still enjoyed the food. View all feedback.

I placed a curbside order through the app for this location, but there were no signs indicating where to pick it up. After checking in, I waited outside for ten minutes and eventually had to go inside to retrieve my order. When I opened the bag, I realized all the sauces were missing. It was okay, a little overrated. The BBQ sauce tasted too thick. To be exact. I had better.
Yummy Fast Food Place. Service good and fast. Two words: Zax Sauce costs A plus.
Omg I use to have this as a child and I brang my kids here, I can not complain the wings are great nice and big !!! my kids loved it!!! Oh and how can I forget the zalad southwest amazing!!!!
I?ve been here a couple times. Feel like every time I order tenders, I have to mention getting a sauce. This time I wasn?t thinking about it. Pull up to the window and ask for sauce to be told it?s a charge. Okay charge my card, but won?t cause it?s only $0.25. Well here?s an idea, if I just paid with a card, what says I?ll hand you anything but to pay for sauce that should have been mentioned before. So either hand a quarter worth of sauce over for free or take the neg on the card swipe.Next time someone orders tenders ask about the sauce. Hard consept to understand at a chicken place I know
Where's the celery!? Where's the Spicy Zak Sauce!? Customer service has always been above average at this location, even despite the various extended wait times, and roller coaster food quality.
