Wendy's - Kissimmee

Came here after a day of shopping with my husband. We have been made quick and fresh by driving through the food. We enjoyed it!

I got some pretty good coupons in the mail, so I went to this location. I told them at the drive-thru that I wanted to use a coupon for a discount, and what I'd like to use it on. They rang me up for my order, and just charged me full price, without saying a word. The food was fine, and the service was very fast, but seriously?

Taco Salad Was Very Good. It Was Served With Chili, Salsa (2 Packets Of Sour Cream). Was More Than Enough With A Soft Drink.

Every person in our group wants something different and I?m here at Wendy?s. Counter ordering and order fulfillment was smooth and friendly. Self-ordering stations are available. My Dave?s $7.69 double burger combo with small fries and small drink was good. The dining area consisted of tables and booths. Lots of free parking and there?s a drive-thru service as well.

Place cleanliness was terrible. The restaurant smelled like garbage since you walk in. The cashier greeted me when it was my turn in line, only to ignore me for 45 seconds while he talked with another employee about how tired he was. I had to switch tables until I found one that wasnt completely disguting, that one I had to clean myself. Food was done fast, but surprisingly it was cold. Never coming back to this Wendys. Oh before I forget, the smell of garbage lingered all the time during my visit. And the chilli my fiancee ordered, well they didnt even try to make it a chilli. Just a patty in it. Honestly its probably the chilli with more meat she's ever had in her life. But it does speaks about the low standard of quality of this place.
