This ice cream was amazing. Unfortunately I reside in New York and can not be a regular. But if I lived nearby... I'd be there daily. And I'd probably be a few lbs heavier. I was here at 4/22/23 at 4:00 and that was the worst experience I ever had in a car! The female worker never spoke a word to us the whole interaction. She had a very disgusting and angry look at her face all the time. When my husband said, "Thank you for having a good day," she gave a wrong smile then went back to look annoying. The store is wonderful! I've been a loyal customer for a long time, and I often go there to order ice cream and various products with my son. However, I genuinely hope that changes can be made because I love this store and don’t want to stop shopping there due to the conditions outside. When I place my order from my car, there isn't enough coverage to protect me from the elements, and I've noticed other customers giving up on ordering for the same reason. While I know I can order directly at the window, it’s quite inconvenient. We are used to ordering from our cars, and it becomes really difficult when it rains. Please consider adding some protective coverage—I would be very satisfied and grateful. Thank you!
Twistee Treat is sure to impress! The prices are fantastic, and just a heads-up: a small size is more than enough for an adult. The small cones and sundaes are quite satisfying. They offer a wide range of delicious ice cream treats, including banana splits, ice cream cookie cakes, and even ice cream tacos! One suggestion would be to increase the seating, as it was quite busy during our visit and there weren't many places to sit.
We are from chilly Idaho, and we found Orlando to be quite hot and humid. We asked around for recommendations on the best ice cream, and everyone pointed us to Twistee Treat. We sampled several flavors, and the ice cream was absolutely fantastic! They offer a huge selection of different treats. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because of the staff. I can't comprehend how many people could be so unfriendly. The customer service in Florida really needs improvement. But definitely go for the ice cream!
Me and my Family have received and amazing customer services. The girls are so sweet and Polite. Every time we come we have a blast can?t complain. Thank you Pao-Pei and Nicole for such a great service.
