Twistee Treat Sunrise - Kissimmee

Oh mann, this ice cream is so good! Since I moved to flordia, every ice cream shop I was was so delicious. especially this twistee treat. great location and very sweet! the ice cream was delicious. they even have a drive. the staff were friendly and patient. so many ice cream options! a lot of change. will definitely be back to fill my ice cream results?

The ice was good, but that was waiting really slow. there were 3 groups of people before us who left because of the long waiting period. Once we got our ice creams 45 minutes later, they were very rich and tasty. it was a good exercise to practice geduld.

This review would be 5 stars if it was only for hillary to be amazing and keep a smile on their face while this position alone will run on a Friday night. for the owner/manager of this facility, they cost 2 stars to not adequately support them. they must ensure that they are rewarded for their additional efforts. she manages the ride thru and the walk up counter of herself. as we finish our ice, we observe how it efficiently leads this place to the absolute best of its ability. she is a Jewel. owner; better. personal this place accordingly.

Every now and then I get ice cream from this place, the quality of the ice cream is always good, I don't recommend the cookies though, they are always frozen to the point you can break a tooth if you are not careful (not kidding) The staff is mostly attending the drive thru window without noticing customers right in the front, sometimes we even have to knock on the window so they see us, we've even seen them dancing and chatting while customers are waiting up front, and when they finally see us they give you attitude.

Was excited to find a swirl ice cream shop open, especially after 10:00 p.m. While waiting in line we watched one of the employees drop a sleeve of waffle cones on the floor, pick them up and place them in a sealed container and back on the shelf with other food containers. My friend wanted to immediately leave, but I asked her to wait so we could inquire about what we had seen. We prefaced our inquiry with we are not trying to be rude, but we have a question, and proceeded with asking. The employee responded with those were placed in the broken piece container, without any context. So I further inquired by asking what is done with the broken pieces and another employee jumped in with a defensive attitude to tell me that they have to be placed there for an inventory count. While this obviously made us feel better knowing we weren 't being served food that had fallen on the floor, we were then not treated very well after that. The ice cream was good, but a strong suggestion would be when that happens again, to place the broken pieces in the container out of sight from your customers and to train your teenage staff not to have attitude with concerned customers who politely ask for an explanation.
