Twistee Treat Poinciana - Kissimmee

I was quite disappointed because I only found cookie dough pieces on top, not mixed throughout. For $10, plus taxes and fees, I expected more. I could have easily bought a whole tub of ice cream from the store that had plenty of cookie dough pieces.

I visited the restaurant today to treat my daughter and sister, and while it started as a lovely outing, it ended in a troubling surprise. My debit card information was stolen, resulting in nearly $500 in unauthorized CashApp transactions. I hadn't used the card in a while, so I strongly suspect that someone hired may have stolen my debit card while I was there and attempted to delete my account. On a positive note, the customer service we received was excellent. My daughter even commented on how polite the employee was! It seems like the area district manager is really trying to make things right.

It was my first time dining here, and my experience was just alright. The young lady who took our order didn't come across as very warm or friendly at first, but she did redeem herself by giving us an extra ice.

It’s 9 o'clock, and the curtains are drawn on the windows. There are two large groups of customers waiting outside. We knocked on the windows, and a child inside told us they didn’t have enough staff. I noticed at least four people inside who appeared to be working more than what the regulations allow. There was no manager overseeing the situation. We ended up leaving!

More beautiful place to stop for their Sunday ice skating. the staff is helpful and friendly. the service is excellent and fast. the location is something hidden, but it is worth it. the sortiment of different ice creams, Sundays and sakes are amazing. I would recommend giving this place an attempt if they are in the opposite.
